Christmas 2010

So I'm catching up on my blog thus the late Christmas post. Every year an elf drops off the kids Christmas pj's on Christmas Eve for them to open.

Their stockings....Santa always goes a lil overboard because he forgets what he's already bought. ;)

With the kid's birthdays right around Christmas, they always have plenty of toys so this year I only did a few gifts. Their Santa gifts were a Tonka remote control truck Russell wanted and Sydney wanted a dressing area for her room. The dressing area is now tied up because it scares her during the night.

Russell's Birthday Party

I can't believe my little baby turned 6 today....wow time really does fly. We celebrated his birthday at Chuck E Cheese and he had a blast!

Russell standing in his chair waiting to be crowned Birthday boy by Chuck E Cheese.

Russell right before he attempted to punch Chuck E Cheese in the belly for smashing down his crown on his head. ha!

Russell and his buddies
Russell and his cousin, Brady, in the Ticket Blaster. They got to keep however many tickets they could grab in 30 seconds while they blew everywhere. They got around 1800 I think.

Russell's new birthday toys

Russell got a 22 for his birthday. Oh boy! He's ready to shoot some skunks he says.

He also got a toy crossbow which he loves and Sydney got him an inflatable deer decoy to shoot.

Reindeer cupcakes

Russell made his friends in his class reindeer cupcakes for his birthday. I got the idea out of my Family Fun magazine. They look hard, but were really easy to assemble.
It was "pajama day" on his birthday. His class was singing him Happy Birthday but using a "R" in place of the "H" on the song....it was quite comical. He loved it!

Sydney's preschool Christmas show

Sydney's preschool class performed a "Living Nativity" show this year. Sydney was the cutest sheep I've ever seen. :)

Fall Festival

Russell and Brett on the hayride at our church's Fall Festival
Brett and Sydney doing the cupcake walk. Brett was quite funny with the cupcake walk....he wanted his same chair everytime and even after he won, he just walked around the chairs eating his cupcake.
