Tball begins!

Tball season has begun! Russell is playing competitive 5-6 yr. old Tball so they actually keep score. They won their first game 24-11. He is playing right field so he has to run and back up the first baseman every time so atleast he doesn't get bored out there. He is enjoying it thus far!

Sydney is playing in the noncompetitive 4 yr. old co-ed Tball. So it's pretty funny. She enjoys it and does a good job though. She was one of only a few that knew where to run when she hit the ball. A few kids ran to the pitchers mound and one ran all the way to the outfield. I thought it was going to be a fight getting her into her uniform cause she's so picky about what she wears but once I convinced her that she wouldn't be the only one dressed like she was, then she was fine. She said she didn't want everyone looking at her so I told her that her teammates were going to be dressed just like her and then she was good to go! ha!

Sydney and Chuck E Cheese

We went to a friend's birthday party at Chuck E Cheese yesterday. So the kids were given tokens and off they went. Well Sydney spent a lot of her tokens on this little ride that took your picture. I thought it was hilarious cause she just sat there posing cause you never knew when the picture would be taken. She thought it was so cool that it printed out her picture. She was excited and wants to hang them on her wall. Here are some of her poses I had to share.

After she spent her tokens, she spent most of the party up on stage with Chuck E dancing and talking to him and it wasn't the actual person dressed up, it was just the machine operated Chuck E that dances. ha! At one point, Chuck E swung his arm around and it hit Sydney in the head and she hit him right back!
