Bailey and Papa

Bailey loves sitting in Papa's lap and just staring at him. Today she got a hold of his handkerchief and it was a tug of war cause she wanted to chew on it, but Papa was saving her since it was used. :) So thankful that I have a grandpa left. I wish Mimmi could've met Bailey...her smile reminds me of her. I wish my other grandparents could've met my kids. I see different things of each of them in my kids. Don't take your grandparents for granted!!

On Sunday morning, the kids and Blake were still asleep so Bailey and I ran up to McDonald's to get a newspaper and I left this note for the kids....which is so nice now that they can read. :) I had taped it on the inside of the door. When I got home, there was a note taped on the outside of the door from them. Hilarious! By the way, it says "I miss you mom, when are you going to be back?" Love, Russell and Sydney

Russell got the Principal's award, 2 years in a row. Sydney also got an award the first six weeks but I can't find the picture as my computer is currently not working. Both kids are doing great in school. They both are performing above grade level and they are both reading and writing. Wow!

Bailey loves our dog, Callie. The dog was rolling around on the floor and Bailey was giggling trying to grab her.

It's been too long.....

Wow...it's been awhile since I've updated my blog. I felt that with facebook, there was no need, but have decided to start back and hopefully remember to do it. :) A lot has happened since February (the last post).....Bailey joined our family. She is now almost 6 months old and she is such a great baby...always sooo happy even with an ear infection. We have moved and are living in our shop at our ranch while we build our house....hopefully it will be finished around Christmas. I'm not sure who all reads my blog, but everyone probably already knows all of this. Now for some pictures.....

Sydney's first Mani/Pedi

Sydney's 2 best friends had their birthday party yesterday and part of it was a manicure/pedicure. This was Sydney's first! She absolutely loved it!

Snow Day

We had a snow day today. Russell went to work with Blake so he dropped me and Sydney off at my parent's house to spend the day.

Sydney and Gram built a snowman and a pumpkin man.

Then Sydney turned on Gram and started a snowball fight.

Sydney's 5th Birthday

Sniff Sniff....my baby girl is now 5! She had her party at the Jumping Party (an inside inflatable playground). She had a great turnout with approximately 15 kids or so.

Christmas 2010

So I'm catching up on my blog thus the late Christmas post. Every year an elf drops off the kids Christmas pj's on Christmas Eve for them to open.

Their stockings....Santa always goes a lil overboard because he forgets what he's already bought. ;)

With the kid's birthdays right around Christmas, they always have plenty of toys so this year I only did a few gifts. Their Santa gifts were a Tonka remote control truck Russell wanted and Sydney wanted a dressing area for her room. The dressing area is now tied up because it scares her during the night.
